He replaced our shutoff valve and installed a utility tub in our basement, and it sounds minor but we have a pipe from the clothes washer that pours into the tub and he affixed it to the tub to prevent the potential for flooding. We initially called Pat for an emergency hot water heater replacement. Pat came out within a couple of hours and his work was clean and professional and extremely reasonably priced. Having been a fan of Pat's timeliness and commitment to the work, we called him again to have additional plumbing work completed, unrelated to the hot water heater replacement.
