He took a look at the tank and told me I would need a replacement and that he could go pick one up right away. I hired Pat to do all the plumbing in my master bath renovation. He did an outstanding job!! He installed a new shower faucet, shower head, vanity and sink faucet, and a new toilet. I highly recommend McGinnis Plumbing. Pat is very responsive, professional, and honest. He replaced our shutoff valve and installed a utility tub in our basement, and it sounds minor but we have a pipe from the clothes washer that pours into the tub and he affixed it to the tub to prevent the potential for flooding. His attention to detail is appreciated. 5 stars!

We initially called Pat for an emergency hot water heater replacement. Pat came out within a couple of hours and his work was clean and professional and extremely reasonably priced. Having been a fan of Pat's timeliness and commitment to the work, we called him again to have additional plumbing work completed, unrelated to the hot water heater replacement. Pat came out to review the work, quoted us again at a reasonable price, and came back to do a full day's work - not leaving until everything was completed. He is extremely knowledgeable, gives great suggestions on how best to accomplish the end result, and was friendly throughout. We've found our go-to plumber and would highly recommend McGinnis Plumbing!
