Plumbers for Philadelphia and the towns just over the line
Our office sits on Huntingdon Pike, where Lower Moreland meets the Far Northeast. That shapes where we can get to well, and where we cannot.
We cover Philadelphia, with the Northeast closest to our Huntingdon Valley office, plus Montgomery County towns along the Old York Road side and lower Bucks County from Bensalem to Levittown. We do not cover New Jersey or Delaware County. One number serves every area, answered 24/7.
Far Northeast Philadelphia
The Far Northeast sits right across the line from our Huntingdon Pike office. Somerton, Parkwood and Millbrook are among the most owner-occupied parts of the city, and Fox Chase, Rhawnhurst and Burholme run down toward the older blocks below them. Most calls here are water heaters, sump pumps and the laterals under front lawns and sidewalks.
Lower Northeast Philadelphia
Mayfair, Holmesburg, Tacony and Lawncrest are older rowhome and twin blocks where cast iron stacks, house traps and basement backups in heavy rain come up again and again, along with landlord work as more homes there turn into rentals.
Montgomery County
Our office is in Huntingdon Valley, in Lower Moreland Township, so the Montgomery County towns along the Old York Road side are the closest suburbs we cover: Abington, Jenkintown, Elkins Park and Glenside, then out to Willow Grove, Hatboro, Horsham and Norristown.
Lower Bucks County
Across the county line, Bensalem, Feasterville-Trevose and Southampton are a short drive, with Warminster and Levittown further out. Newer housing here means more sump pumps, tankless conversions and water heater swaps than cast iron work.
Where we do not go
We stop at the Delaware River and at the Delaware County line. We do not take New Jersey plumbing work. If you call from outside our area, we will say so on the phone and you will not wait for a plumber who is not coming.
Coverage questions
We cover the city, and we are closest to the Northeast. Calls from Center City, South and West Philadelphia are booked the same way; travel time is just longer than for the neighborhoods next to our office.
No. Our coverage is Philadelphia, Montgomery County and lower Bucks County. If you are outside it, we will tell you on the phone rather than send a plumber who cannot get there in good time.
No. There is one number for every area we cover, answered 24/7.
Inside Philadelphia the owner is responsible for the water service line and the sewer laterals. Townships set their own rules, so outside the city we check who owns which part of the line before any digging is discussed.
In one of these areas and need a plumber?
