When you call us, we collect what you tell us so we can schedule and complete the work: your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem.
Calls
Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told when that applies. When our schedule is full or every plumber is on a job, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local plumbing company, which then receives the details you give on that call.
Maps
The map on this site loads only when you choose to view it. When it loads, Google receives the request under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to answer your call, schedule the visit, complete and bill the work and follow up on it. We do not sell personal information.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, billing, follow-up questions and legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by calling the number on this site.
