Using this website
This website describes the plumbing services McGinnis Plumbing offers in Philadelphia and nearby areas. The guides are general information, not advice for your specific property. Anything involving gas, sewage or concealed piping should be inspected by a qualified plumber.
Prices and cost ranges
Dollar ranges on this site come from published national cost data and are planning figures only. They are not quotes. Your price is set by the work your job needs and is confirmed with you before any work starts.
Telephone contact and consent
By calling the number on this site you agree that we may use the number you call from to return your call about your request. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told when that applies.
Call forwarding
McGinnis Plumbing handles the calls placed through this site. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local plumbing provider so you still get help. A forwarded provider is a separate business; its availability, pricing and terms may differ from ours, so ask about scope and price before work begins.
Scheduling and access
Appointment times are estimates and can change with emergencies and traffic. You agree to give safe access to the work area and to tell us about known hazards before work starts.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, McGinnis Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
